Smores Pockets
1 can (8 oz.) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
 Powdered sugar

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
2. Place one teaspoon of chocolate chips, a tablespoonful of mini marshmallow, and one teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs in the middle of each triangle.
3. Pull up sides, folding over the center of the triangle, covering the chips, marshmallows and cracker crumbs. Pinch the edges closed so that none of the sugary goodness escapes! a. You can also press the dough triangles into a muffin tin, fill, and then fold flaps over the top of the filling.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
 6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Campfire option:  Spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray, lay dough on foil. Follow steps 2, 3 and 4.  Pinch seams of dough tightly to seal.  Wrap pocket in the aluminum foil and place in coals of hot campfire.  Every bed of coals is different in temperature, so check pocket every 5 minutes to prevent overcooking.
